Summary

GENETWORx Laboratories is seeking a trustworthy, take-charge individual to join our growing business as Regional Program Manager of laboratory site collection and vaccinations. The candidate will oversee all test collection sites within their designated region and manage a team of Project Managers and Collection Site Supervisors. The Regional Program Manager will serve as the single point of contact for all collection related client inquiries as well as partner with VP of strategic development to help grow the business.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and evaluate Project Managers and Collection Site Supervisors within region
  • Interface and manage client relationship at a high level; serve as main POC for the client for collections and testing related questions
  • Hire and onboard all new hires within region; train new Project Managers
  • Review and approve expense reports for all regional Project Managers
  • Ensure team provides excellent customer experience and adheres to exceptional level of service
  • Ensure team is adhering to safety standards and following CDC guidelines
  • Serve as the point of escalation for the lab for issues pertaining to regional sites
  • Weekly 1:1 Meetings with direct reports and monthly 1:1 Meetings with direct manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience managing a team and/or management training
  • 2-4 years of Project Management experience
  • Prior experience in managing logistics of indoor and outdoor events with safety standards
  • Comfortable with handling and trouble-shooting technology in site, with assistance from remote IT Support technician
  • Strong client relationship management skills, detail-oriented, and organized
  • CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
  • Understanding of P&L concepts

Work Environment

Work will be primarily in client sites and locations, where GENETWORx is collecting samples for Covid-19 testing on behalf of the clients. The candidate must have access to a vehicle.
