Summary

We’re hiring a metrics-driven, performance marketing expert with a passion for digital media to join our team as the Remote Affiliate Marketing Manager. Flexible, focused, and curious by nature, the Affiliate Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all online third-party partnerships that drive traffic to GENETWORx product landing pages, for both B2C and B2B product offerings. Reporting to the Senior Director of Consumer Marketing, the Remote Affiliate Marketing Manager drives growth goals through our strategic affiliate partnership network, is well-versed in managing affiliate marketing campaigns, and has experience negotiating deals using all media buying metrics (CPM, CPC and CPA) and backing those metrics into a cost per acquisition goal.

Responsibilities

  • Launch online marketing campaigns that utilize unique tracking URLs
  • Digital Marketing Manager will be able to develop and perform A/B tests
  • Assist in the creation of new landing pages (conceptual recommendations), and make recommendations for improving funnel performance.
  • Continually monitor campaign performance and work with marketing partners to optimize (refining targeting or repricing to level set quality).
  • Track KPIs at regular intervals and present reports
  • Conduct extensive research, analyze trends to drive actionable insights and results, track KPIs, and produce meaningful reports for the management team
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and emerging media platforms
  • Attend marketing conferences related to Affiliate Marketing/Optimization

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience building, optimizing and monitoring online marketing tactics in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 3 years of experience in direct-to-consumer or e-commerce marketing/customer acquisition/affiliate program management.
  • Previous experience working in the healthcare/wellness vertical or with patient acquisition is preferred
  • Previous experience managing media budgets greater than 100K per month is preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include advanced excel skills, V-lookups, Pivot Tables, Dashboard software experience
  • Experience with HitPath, Cake or similar tracking/attribution platforms
  • Strong data analytics experience and thorough understanding of all media buying metrics.

  • The candidate can live anywhere in the United States but must commit to working east coast business hours.
