Summary

The role of the Chief Strategy Officer for GENETWORx is to develop and implement, with other senior leadership, an effective growth strategy for the Company including Covid and non-Covid products.

Responsibilities

  • Product development/innovation outside of Covid products
  • Building a strategic partnerships team focusing on insurance payors, hospitals, health systems, Universities, Fortune 500 partners and long-term care facilities
  • Build an R&D team capable of bringing to market sellable new assays
  • Build new business through Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), government contracts and reference lab partnership channels
  • Develop a robust training program for sales/leadership; hire the enemy (HTE) to fill gaps in the organization
  • Partner with leadership/data team to develop appropriate data monetization strategies
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Demonstrate core mission and values of GENETWORx/Recovery Centers of America (parent company)

Education & Experience

  • 10+ years executive level leadership in diagnostics, life sciences, biotech or similar industry experience required
  • 4-year college degree required; MBA or PhD preferred
