Hiring for qualified and reliable Customer Service Agents! The candidate would be required to answer incoming calls from various clients regarding rewards and product information. The candidate will be required to review the account in detail, provide the customer with the correct and accurate information. This position is Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm located conveniently in Southern New Jersey.
• Review all account details thoroughly and provide accurate information
• Answer a minimum of 85 calls daily
• Open tickets if required, accurately and quickly
• Multi task (talk and type at the same time)
• Receive inbound calls
• Data Entry
• Work with Dual Monitors
Call Center experience preferred!
Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel may be required
