Summary

The Digital Production Manager for GENETWORx will be part of the GENETWORx Marketing Team, remotely based out of King of Prussia, PA, and work closely with the GENETWORx lab team based in VA.

We are seeking a Digital Production Manager to provide tactical support in coordinating all activities across the digital production and optimization team. You will enjoy working cross-departmentally to turn bold ideas into planned actionable tasks. This position will support our marketing goals across channels and tactics. Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage digital media projects ensuring:
  • appropriate solutions are presented, analyzed, considered, and selected
  • project scoping is accurate and appropriate
  • projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide regular updates as requested on all assigned projects to appropriate stakeholders
  • Provide tactical support in coordinating all activities related to assigned projects
  • Serve as the solution point of contact
  • Oversee and coordinate User Acceptability Testing (UAT) and Quality Control (QC) to ensure all content, functionality, and the User Experience (UX) is best-in-class
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in branded marketing materials across projects and deliverables
  • Assist in budget maintenance and contracting as needed
  • Stay on top of the latest capabilities, skills and tools for digital advertising
  • Actively collaborates and contributes to operating standard development and maintenance

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year, accredited university in marketing, communications, public relations, or other related field
  • Five (5) years working in a digital marketing and/or web project management role
  • Three (3) years managing full project lifecycle
  • Three (3) years working with project management tools/software
  • Project Management concepts, tools, and practices
  • Best practices in web-based marketing
  • Exceptional knowledge in online marketing, conversion, optimization, direct response, and e-commerce
