CBM is located just outside of Philadelphia in the Heart of Cellicon Valley on The Discovery Labs campus set on 300 acres with 2.4 million square feet of life sciences lab and manufacturing space, allowing clients to scale their development and manufacturing needs without ever having to change sites, while providing employees a true community campus experience focused exclusively on life sciences.

Summary

As a newly created leadership position within CBM’s growing marketing team, you will have the opportunity to shape the brand’s overarching omni-channel strategy and lead its execution. Success in this role will require strong digital strategy and channel execution experience, marketing & data operations knowledge, an understanding of the pharma/biotech space, and the ability to operate in an emerging/developing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the digital SME & business partner to the Marketing & Sales Team and cross-functional teams
  • Evolve, promote, and grow the company's digital and omnichannel footprint and drive desired behavior change through the management and delivery of robust digital programs
  • Develop and implement a global Search Engine Marketing (SEM) program for CBM using Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google Adwords Pay-per-Click (PPC) as the primary tactics.
  • Expand CBM’s presence on additional paid digital channels such as Paid Social Media and 3rd party content syndication, develop the standard work for those channels, and offer the new capabilities to stakeholders.
  • Lead with data; Ensure data is a priority, that it is captured, and measurement strategies are designed at the onset
  • Analyze technology trends and identify new opportunities to help drive an enterprise level digital marketing optimization program.
  • Seamlessly integrate omni-channel strategies into the overall product brand plan, ensuring alignment with the overall brand vision & strategy set by CBM leadership
  • Ensure perspectives from key stakeholders (Ops, Privacy, Data Science, Regulatory, IT) are accounted early and often
  • Spearhead novel & innovative ways of working in the spirit of delivering the ideal customer experience
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and promotional opportunities and promote best practices across CBM
  • Define Key Performance Indicators and report up through US Marketing & Sales Team
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and all key deliverables aligned to launch readiness

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. Advanced degree preferred
  • A minimum of 7+ years of professional relevant experience required
  • B2B marketing and/or Pharma/Biotech preferred experience preferred
  • Deep digital & omni-channel execution experience across core channels required
  • Thorough understanding of the cross-functional interdependencies needed to successfully execute complex omni-channel efforts
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing operations, data operations and data privacy
  • Experience with leading marketing technologies in support of web/mobile/app experience, automation, performance & insight generation and compliance
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Resourceful, decisive and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization
  • Startup, emerging pharma, or new team experience preferred
