The Center for Breakthrough Medicines (CBM) is seeking a Head of Data Analytics to organize and manage the full data lifecycle of research, analytical and manufacturing data generated from CBM’s research, development and manufacture of viral vector and cell and gene therapies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and seeks the opportunity to establish an integrated data architecture and digital roadmap for the digitization of cell and gene therapy manufacturing, encompassing enterprise, analytical and automation systems. The architecture will address the fundamental needs of GMP manufacturing and span to analytic capabilities to improve the performance and predictability of processes using machine learning and statistics. The candidate will possess strong planning, project management, budgeting, people staff development skills required to succeed in this assignment. The position will interact closely with the CBM Leadership Team to establish consensus on execution of the digital roadmap and to partner on digitization implementation projects.
